The Accounts Receivable module is where you set up and maintain your Customer profiles, post payments, maintain customer ship to addresses, print statements and aged lists of receivables, and more. Other Visual Grasp© modules such as Order Entry, Time & Billing, RMA Manager and Service Manager post directly into the Accounts Receivable and you will be able to find those transactions here on the Customer's Account Ledger.
