This screens sets up the budget for a project. In this view we can set the commitments for a particular component of the job
At the bottom of this screen you can set a general total budget for that component of the job
This screen is used to 'finalize' (in other words release from the W.I.P. account part or all of the job
If you use Supplier Hold Backs, this screen is where you would go to release part of all of a Supplier's hold backs
From this screen you can print 3 different reports detailing a job or range of jobs.
This screen shows one of the Set Up screens. In this case we are setting up the Job Cost Component Accounts
